Urban Picnic Healthy Eating

Kale

One of the first to offer the city kale salads in 2009, this form of cabbage is an excellent source of antioxidant vitamins A, C, & K.  Studies support healthy immune system, reducing cancer risk, and lowering cholesterol.

Organic Quinoa (keen-WAH)

Believed to provide strength and stamina, this grain-like seed is known as the “mother seed” by the Incas and is high in protein, low in fat and gluten free.

Fresh Pressed Juices

Three options to choose from: kale & ginger juice, beets & apple juice, and carrot & mint juice to keep you nourished and hydrated throughout your day.

Flax Seed
